Advanced Aromatics, Company
Advanced Aromatics is the only manufacturer in North America to make more than one grade of high-quality, petroleum-derived naphthalene.
We make three grades – 78°C Naphthalene, 79°C Naphthalene, 80°C Naphthalene – as well as derivatives Tetrahydronaphthalene and Decahydronaphthalene, and a growing line of unique aromatic solvents called Advasol®. In the last 10 years, we’ve more than doubled output capabilities at our Baytown, Texas Plant. And we’re committed to producing as much product as can be put to good use.

Highly aromatic, with flash point over 200°F, Advasol® 200H is a more refined low-color cousin of Advasol® 150. It meets the requirements of a low-HAPS solvent and is EPA approved for use as an inert in peticides. It is available in two grades, naphthalene-depleted and naphthalene-containing.
